This set is perfect for my little girl. The instructions were amazing and genuinely easy to follow, although putting it together by myself, there may have been a few angry words shouted here and there so definitely recommend a friend to help.

We brought this playground for our 2 year olds 2nd birthday and he loves it plays on it most days when the weathers good. Super easy to build once we got the hang of it and a drill😂
Sorry I wasn’t home when I wrote this review so didn’t have a photo of the play swing, it was very easy to put together. My father help me put it up which brought us closer together. My daughter loves it she always out there playing on and drawing over it haha thank you.
My 3yo is thrilled with her very own 'playground' and has already provided hours of entertainment. Very nice quality, looks amazing if you stain it first but this does add a bit of time before you can get into assembly. Instructions are easy to follow (I did Step 16 wrong which will annoy me forever). Thank you!

Thanks for your review, Jeremy! Bah! We have all been there with a step 16 🤪 So glad sorted it and your kiddo is enjoying herself 💛
We got this for our grandson and from the way install to action this little boy just loves it. He uses it from morning to night.
It took me approximately 3 and a half hours to assemble. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which meant I was able to set it up on my own without any issues. All the parts were well organised, and the build process was straightforward. Most importantly, the kids absolutely love it and have been using it nonstop. Very happy with this purchase, thank you so much!
Great quality swing set! We pre-stained and treated the wood and organised all the pieces before assembly, which made the process even easier. Assembly only took a couple of hours using a drill and a hammer. We’re very happy with our swing set and can tell it will last for years of play and fun!
The build was very easy and the instructions were very easy to read.... Highly highly recommend this for any small child. I chose to put on my spare deck. My five year old daughter loves it. Early Xmas present...

Extremely good quality, built in about five hours pre stained the wood prior to assembly. Very strong me and another adult used the swings at the same time no issues I’m a chunky gal so very impressed definitely worth the extra moolah also looks more pleasing then the metal ones

Thanks so much for your review, Jayden! I'm really sorry to hear about delivery though. We will email you to find out what happened with the delivery company.
Great product for toddlers and we can see our grandson using it during his early years. Assembly took a bit longer than we expected (4hrs with 2 assemblers) so might be worth mentioning this for customers to set aside enough time.
Couple of suggestions
- would be good to have all the wood parts pre-drilled for screwing to save any of the wood components splitting
- the chains for the swings are way longer than needed and we have just folded the chains back on themselves
- the chute gets hot in the direct sun after a couple of hours so it can't really be used until it cools down,
- the part numbers in black. are clearly visible when the assembly is completed so it would be good if these could be marked or labelled using some other less obvious method,
- the point of connection of the chute to the wooden structure is by just a couple of screws which will have to take quite a strain over time. Slightly concerned the wood may split with future use and movement.

Thanks for your review, Malcolm! We really appreciate your feedback for future improvements and additions. We hope your grandson has a great time playing 😄
If you are wanting your chains shorter permanently you can cut them with bolt cutters. Some customers prefer a longer chain to help their kiddos with learning to swing.
It is important to seal your wood to ensure longevity. Please refer to our Care & Maintenance page - https://forestandfrolic.co.nz/pages/care-maintenance

It would have been good to have more communication about when it arrived. It turned up when we were not expecting it and because the slide was not in the box was very hard to explain to little ones

Thanks for your review, Danielle. I'm sorry there was an issue with the courier. That is frustrating when you are trying to keep a surprise under wraps.
