Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer nationwide delivery. Orders are generally dispatched from our Auckland and Christchurch warehouses in 1-3 business days. From there it takes several additional business days for the courier to deliver your item, depending on your location. Please contact us at hello@forestandfrolic.co.nz if you need more specific delivery times.

If you prefer to pick up your order, we do allow customer pickups from our warehouses in Auckland and Christchurch. Pickups are not available at any other locations. Please see further details and instructions at the bottom of this webpage.
