Wind Guidance
Your outdoor play equipment is designed to handle various New Zealand weather conditions, however if you are expecting particularly high winds you need to take precautions. It’s important to follow all of the advice in your instruction manual carefully. Even if your equipment is anchored to the ground, the instruction manual still advises you to put heavy sandbags or water bags or steel bars on the bottom of your play set during strong wind conditions to help prevent it from being blown over.
Another important factor is the location of your play equipment. If you have your play set in an open field, it will naturally be more exposed to wind gusts than if your play equipment is surrounded by trees, hedges, fences or houses. Please keep this in mind when deciding where to place your play set.
Our 12-Month Parts Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects does not cover damage to your play set caused by weather or Acts of God (such as extreme weather or natural disasters).
If you have any questions at all, please send us a message.
