Order Pickup

If you would like to save on shipping, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Auckland (near the airport) or Christchurch (near the airport). Pickups are not available at any other locations.  

Please note a few details about order collection: 

• It is only available for in-stock items at our Auckland and Christchurch warehouses – the warehouses are located near the airports (the exact location will be provided after purchase)
• Please make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit the boxes
• Box sizes can be found by visiting the product’s webpage, then scrolling down and clicking on the ‘Product Specifications’ tab
• Our team needs at least 2 days’ notice to prepare your order for pick up. For example, if you order on Monday, it will typically be ready on Thursday
• Pickup times must be scheduled to be within a 1-hour window
• Auckland warehouse hours: Monday - Friday, between 9am - 10am and 2pm - 4pm.
• Christchurch warehouse hours: Monday - Friday, between 9am - 4pm.

Please note the warehouses are closed on public holidays.
